1 Definitions

4 Account Registration & KYC Verification

Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 KYC Requirements

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, 797jl is required to verify the identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of:

10 Account Suspension & Closure

Where an account is closed without cause attributable to the Player's conduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following completed KYC verification.
